Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Compensation - Tech to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a manufacturing environment.

Location: Detroit, MI - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $201,100 – $283,200 annually
