Qualifications

• Experience administering career frameworks and bonus targets.
• Knowledge of executive compensation principles and collaboration with exec teams.
• Experience leveraging AI to optimize compensation processes.
• Strong data-driven mindset with dashboards and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to varied leadership levels.

Responsibilities
