Job summary

Labcorp seeks a remote Team Manager, Global Client Delivery to join our Central Laboratory Services team. You will supervise the day-to-day operations of the client delivery team and coordinate with the Project Management group across the global network.

Responsibilities include managing milestones, budgets and risk, driving continuous improvement, handling client escalations, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with direct reports.
• 2+ years overseeing pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the assigned client team.
• Lead performance metrics, accountability for outcomes and work distribution.
• Develop succession and individual development plans for the PM team.
• Ensure milestones, budgets, risk management, and documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate across functions to remove barriers and optimize client delivery.
• Ensure timely resolution of client escalations and quality improvements.
