Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a REMOTE Lead Contract Associate to join our team. This role oversees complex contracting activities, partnering with attorneys and senior stakeholders to drive efficiency, mitigate risk, and ensure consistent application of contracting standards.

The Lead Contract Associate mentors team members and leads strategic projects, including system implementations and acquisitions. You will collaborate closely with the Law Department to ensure alignment on contracting positions,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract management or administration.
• Experience with complex agreements preferred.
• Knowledge of genetics or genetic testing domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of high-profile contracts with templates and deviations.
• Mentor team members on drafting and risk identification within approved standards.
• Coordinate with attorneys to prepare contracts for legal review and ensure alignment with policies.
• Develop and maintain contract records, dashboards, and analytics for stakeholders.
