Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Global Study Manager to join our Central Labs Services team. You will act as key client liaison, oversee studies globally, manage budgets and milestones, and ensure quality implementation across Labcorp units.

The role emphasizes strong client engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing process improvement within a leading global life sciences company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in clinical research.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of direct client and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Key contact for clients; liaison between Clients, CRO, and Labcorp.
• Ensure successful interactions to provide seamless study delivery to the client.
• Provide project management oversight focusing on budget, risk, and milestones.
• Facilitate communications between Client and Labcorp study team including Study Design Lead.
• Review Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure quality implementation.
• Manage a portfolio of global and local studies with varying complexities.
• Act as an ambassador on behalf of the client within Labcorp Central Labs and across units.
• Work with internal and external personnel to understand client culture and pipeline.
• Participate in functional meetings and keep processes up to date.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity.
