Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a REMOTE Lead Contract Associate to supervise complex contracting activities and mentor staff. You will partner with attorneys and senior stakeholders to drive efficiency, mitigate risk, and enforce contracting standards across diverse initiatives.

The role requires experience in high-profile client contracts, strong drafting skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration on system implementations, acquisitions, and integration efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience or a HS diploma with 7+ years relevant experience.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills within established standards.
• Experience with complex, high-profile client contracts and corporate templates.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of high-profile contracts with clients and vendors.
• Mentor team members on drafting, risk identification, and compliance within approved standards.
• Coordinate with Law Department to ensure alignment on contracting positions and approvals.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for contract portfolio and compliance reporting.
• Support complex bids, M&A and integration-related contract reviews.
