Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain operational findings and timelines.
• Experience in hospital revenue cycle functions with billing/follow‑up/denials and claim resolution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational performance and KPIs for assigned clients.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams.
• Translate client needs into actionable priorities and execution plans.
• Identify operational risks and trends and support issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate reporting and timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Lead operational work for domestic clients and drive continuous improvement.
