Job summary

Health Plans, Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator – Team Lead to assist the Vice President of Client Services, Director of Client Services, and Account Managers with plan implementation for new clients and to help manage ongoing servicing of existing accounts.

You will produce educational materials, coordinate with internal staff, and serve as the in-house client contact when other staff are unavailable, ensuring timely resolutions and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two or more years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of the implementation of new groups and overall servicing of account issues for existing clients and brokers.
• Produce educational materials, resolve claims/service issues.
• Provide administrative support to the Client Services department.
• Assist with communication with internal staff on plan design changes, renewal changes, or other relevant information to ensure the plan runs smoothly for each client.
