Health Plans Inc. in Henderson, NV, is seeking an Account Coordinator – Team Lead to assist the Vice President of Client Services, Director of Client Services, and Account Managers with plan implementation for new clients and with servicing issues for existing clients.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Two or more years’ related work experience.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with the coordination of the implementation of new groups and overall servicing of account issues for existing clients and brokers.
Produce educational materials, resolve claims/service issues.
Provide administrative support to the Client Services department.
Assist with communication with internal staff on plan design changes, renewal changes, or other relevant information to ensure the plan runs smoothly for each client.
Supervise and train the Account Coordinator team.
Assign projects to the Account Coordinator team.
Report escalations to the Director of Client Services and Vice President of Client Services.
Identify areas of opportunity and concern with the team.
Track PTO for the team and maintain a PTO tracker.
Coordinate with VP and Director to approve PTO for all staff.
