Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an IT business analyst to support Apptio TBM Studio configuration, cost transparency, planning, and related TBM capabilities. This role will work with IT and business units to translate business needs into actionable requirements and data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Apptio TBM Studio experience, knowledge of TBM principles, and the ability to manage benchmark data, develop business cases, and create clear process mappings for complex systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
Typically requires 3 years of experience in information systems including business applications analysis.
Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.

Responsibilities

Support Apptio TBM Studio configuration, maintenance, enhancements, issue resolution, data management and quality controls.
Support Benchmarking and Survey Management activities including data collection, validation, analysis, and timely submission for leadership reporting.
Collaborate with IT and business units to define business cases and requirements to solve technology-related problems.
Create business process mappings showing interdependencies between entities.
