Filed is the AI tax preparer trusted by America’s accounting firms. This fully remote role lets you engage top firms across the United States outside New York, leading onboarding and live demonstrations that showcase Filed’s capabilities.

You will own the onboarding journey for groups of firms, guiding them from kickoff to real-work production, while coordinating with customer support and engineering to ensure a smooth, auditable process.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing or reviewing real returns in a firm setting.
• Proficiency with major tax platforms (CCH Axcess, UltraTax, Lacerte, ProConnect, Drake, GoSystem).
• Ability to explain complex tax decisions to partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Run the technical demo on calls with firms.
• Onboard firms in groups and act as point person through 8 weeks.
• Lead the onboarding feedback loop into product to fix friction.
• Translate client needs to engineering so features land in workflows.
• Own the product knowledge to be trusted on client calls.
