Filed is building a high-velocity, fully remote tax platform team supporting the largest tax professionals in the US. You will own onboarding for multiple firms, run client demos with sales, and drive practical training sessions that turn insights into product improvements.

We value real returns experience, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to push through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and equity reflect a performance-driven culture.

Formación

• You have prepared or reviewed real returns in a firm.
• Strength in either individual returns (1040) or business returns (1065, 1120, 1120-S, 990, 1041).
• Comfortable in front of customers with demos and training.
• Familiarity with major tax software platforms (CCH Axcess, UltraTax, Lacerte, ProConnect, Drake, GoSystem).
• Fast to pick up new software/workflows; willing to lead client-facing sessions.
• Bonus for prior SurePrep, GruntWorx, or AutoFlow implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Run technical demos with sales on firms needing a tax professional.
• Onboard firms in groups, be the point of contact for 8 weeks.
• Lead webinars and training sessions for firms.
• Translate client needs to engineering for product improvements.
• Own work and be accountable for outcomes.
