Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and retain users to achieve and overperform on target and KPIs.
• Lead discussions with existing and prospective customers at multiple levels, including C-suite.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and technical teams to articulate value and close deals.
• Understand customer tax and software needs and craft tailored solutions across stakeholders.
• Manage renewal conversations and expansion opportunities to grow Stripe Tax adoption.
