If you are someone who thrives on delivering clarity and calm during high-demand seasons, this opportunity is built for you. You'll handle inbound/outbound calls, document notes, use ScreenShare, and navigate multiple systems.

Qualifications

Strong communication, active listening and customer service skills.
Experience taking inbound and outbound calls.
Computer skills to navigate multiple systems and document call notes.
Ability to work independently and provide services under contract.
Comfortable using screen-sharing tools and adaptable to changes.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer care for users of major tax software providers.
Interact with customers via ScreenShare as an Intuit Independent Contractor Agent.
Research and locate answers in Intuit’s digital library while reassuring the customer.
Use analytical and troubleshooting skills to quickly provide solutions.
Maintain a customer-first approach and protect data during sessions.
