Qualifications
- Hands-on QA or software testing experience.
- Experience with ticketing systems (Pylon, Zendesk, Intercom or Freshdesk).
- Tax knowledge from work in tax/accounting or tax software.
- Familiarity with major tax platforms (CCH Axcess, UltraTax, Lacerte, ProConnect, Drake, GoSystem).
- Bonus: experience with Linear or Jira.
Responsabilités
- Reproduce customer-reported issues step by step.
- Write clear Linear tickets with exact steps, expected vs actual results, screenshots and sample data.
- Answer customer tickets quickly in our support inbox.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and find workarounds that keep firms moving.
- Verify fixes before they go back to the customer, and regression test after releases.
- Spot patterns across tickets and flag them before they spread.
