Broadridge is seeking a Tax Reporting Test Analyst with financial services experience to support testing across tax reporting initiatives, system enhancements, and regulatory changes.

The role combines tax knowledge with hands-on testing, data validation, reconciliation, and defect management. You will verify end-to-end tax data processing and collaborate with Tax, Development, and Operations teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in tax reporting, QA/UAT testing, tax data analysis, or a similar financial services role.
• Strong hands-on QA and UAT testing experience including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience developing and executing detailed test scenarios, test data, and expected results.
• End-to-end tax data testing across transaction/history data, core processing tables, and tax form outputs.
• Analytical with experience reconciling large datasets and root-cause analysis.
• Proficient with SQL and Microsoft Excel for data validation and testing.
• Experience using JIRA to track defects, reproduce steps, and manage status.
• Experience validating source-to-target mappings and system configuration.
• Experience with tax reporting systems or tax data platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with Forms 5498, 5498-ESA, 1042-S, 1099 reporting preferred.
• Experience in brokerage/wealth management environments is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail and deadline-driven work ethic.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute QA and UAT test scenarios and cases across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate tax data processing from source/history data through core tables, rule processing, and final outputs.
• Review requirements and translate into testing scenarios and expected results.
• Identify test data, test populations, dependencies, and coverage.
• Validate end-to-end tax data processing from start to finish.
• Document defects in JIRA with steps, data, and expected vs. actual results.
• Collaborate with Development, Product, Operations, QA, UAT, and Tax teams to resolve issues.
• Track test execution, defects, blockers, and outstanding items through resolution.
• Maintain test evidence and documentation for production readiness.
• Support annual tax-year changes, regulatory updates, migrations, and dress rehearsals.
