Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Remote Tax Strategy Program Manager to lead the Remote Tax Pro (RTP) program. You will partner with sponsors, support teams, and stakeholders to scale the program while delivering a high-quality client experience as clients move from in-office to remote services.

In this role you will hire and develop teams, oversee SOPs and performance reporting, manage financials, forecast risks, and drive continuous improvement across Roll Up offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead RTP program including hiring and talent development.
• Oversee SOPs, reporting, and financial oversight.
• Advise on program design and client expectations.
• Understand RTP client base and feedback loop.
• Advocate for RTP across Roll Up offices.
• Ensure consistent participation by offices.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion.
• Forecast viability and risks with support partners.
• Organize resources for program operation.
• Execute Short Range Plan and targets.
• Manage incentive payments.
• Document results and act as brand ambassador.
