Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4-6+ years in strategy-focused roles or related fields.
• Proven ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous business problems to deliver impact.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and financial modeling capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to present clearly to senior leaders.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing development and evaluation of corporate strategy and growth priorities.
• Conduct market, customer, competitive, and financial analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
• Formulate and test hypotheses on growth strategies, market expansion, and transformation initiatives.
• Create data-driven recommendations and executive presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Lead high-priority strategy projects with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
• Support enterprise strategic planning and align priorities, investments, and success metrics.
