RES Consultant Group, a boutique tax strategy and planning firm serving business owners, seeks a Remote Tax Manager. You will create proactive, multi-year tax plans for high-net-worth individuals and their businesses, advising across S-corps, partnerships, and C-corps, not just compliance.

You will build deep client relationships, mentor tax associates, and leverage advanced tax technology in a high-touch, high-communication advisory environment.

Qualifications

• CPA or EA credential required.
• 4+ years of tax experience with depth in planning and entity work.
• Highly organized with relentless attention to detail.
• Articulate and polished, you communicate with clarity and command.
• Natural leader who can manage people and own outcomes.
• Thrives in a small, high-caliber environment where work is visible and standards matter.

Responsibilities

• Create proactive, multi-year tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and their businesses.
• Work across S-corps, partnerships, and C-corps—structuring, strategizing, and advising, not just complying.

• Manage and mentor tax associates, raising the level of everyone around you.
• Leverage the latest tax technology; you need to be tech-savvy and continuously sharpen the toolset.
