Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced tax processing professional to manage high-volume sales and use tax compliance for complex client accounts in a fully remote US role.

You will prepare hundreds of tax returns monthly, onboard new clients, validate data, and mentor junior teammates while driving process improvements. A Bachelor's in Accounting/Business is required with 5–8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of tax processing or accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and in-depth sales/use tax compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume sales and use tax compliance for complex client accounts.
• Prepare hundreds of tax returns monthly while applying independent professional judgment.
• Process 700+ tax returns per month and resolve complex reporting issues.
• Onboard new clients and validate tax data for accuracy.
• Mentor junior team members and support process improvement initiatives.
