White Tiger Connections Inc. is seeking a Tax Senior for a fully remote role supporting a high-volume book of business, mainly business returns and 1040s. You will work with a collaborative team and have a realistic path to Manager within one to two years for top performers.

The candidate should be a focused tax preparer with accuracy and throughput, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and located in the Eastern or Central time zone.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong business return preparation skills; 1040 experience a plus.
• CPA or EA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare 150–200 returns annually with emphasis on business entities.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Maintain accuracy under seasonal deadlines and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Grow toward a Manager role over time.
