• Active CPA, Enrolled Agent, or JD with at least seven years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations, equity compensation, and multi-state taxation.
• Proficiency with CCH Axcess, Bloomberg Tax Planner, and AI-powered tax tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary tax contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
• Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns, including complex individual and trust returns.
• Develop tax projections, calculate estimated payments, and identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Research complex tax issues and represent clients before taxing authorities.
