Job summary

Gigawatt is building the modern system of record for electric utilities, focusing on accurate tariff and contract configuration with AI-assisted workflows. You will decompose complex rate rules, author per-object configurations, and validate against historic data to ensure bills are correct down to the penny.

Qualifications

• Configuration/ rules engine experience in enterprise platforms (utility CIS/billing)
• Domain fluency in utility rate/tariff/billing structures
• Analytical and technical comfort with data, spreadsheets, and light SQL

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end configuration loop for tariff units and accounts, from intake to sign-off
• Decompose tariffs, contracts, and riders into the platform’s configuration model
• Drive AI-assisted configuration flywheel with human-in-the-loop checks
• Collaborate with Solution Architect on data-model questions and client SMEs
• Own configuration quality, ensuring accuracy against historical bills
• Maintain and hand-off configuration guides and libraries
