Job summary

GDH Consulting, Inc. is seeking a CC&B Business Analyst to manage a phased Net Billing Tariff rollout, coordinating with pricing and billing operations leadership.

The role demands strong project management, analytical skills, and the ability to convey complex solutions to senior stakeholders. You will oversee multiple phases, manage interdependencies, present updates to management, coach peers, and ensure quality across requirements, designs, and tests.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst on utility rate billing system implementations.
• Experience with rate product management or rate enrollment design.
• Ability to manage multiple project phases and large-scale initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to present complex issues to senior leadership.
• Experience with Net Billing tariff implementations or IT rate projects.
• Knowledge of rate implementation processes is advantageous.
• Excellent communication for high-stakes meetings.
• Familiarity with CC&B and Oracle BCS environments.

Responsibilities

• Own oversight of multiple phases of the NBT project across customer groups.
• Coordinate interdependencies to ensure seamless execution.
• Present billing and rate issues and project updates to upper management.
• Provide peer coaching and problem solving for other project managers.
• Perform quality checks on requirements, design specs, and testing strategies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support rate implementation processes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide status updates on milestones and risks.
• Engage cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
