Job summary

Gigawatt is building a leading AI platform for utilities, delivering an agent infrastructure on top of a data fabric. As Principal Product Manager, you will shape the roadmap for the agent platform, define the SDK and no-code builder, and work with AI engineers, platform teams, and first utility customers to ship production-ready capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management for platforms, with 2+ years on AI/ML
• Shipped APIs, SDKs, or builder tools used in production
• Experience in multi-tenant, regulated environments (security/compliance)

Responsibilities

• Own AI platform roadmap and strategy for agent infrastructure
• Define SDK and no-code builder experiences and converge them
• Lead design with partners, iteration on MVPs with real customers
• Own developer experience: docs, sandboxes, onboarding, and templates
• Define evaluation, observability, and data traces for trust and governance
• Ensure production readiness with versioning, compatibility, and SLAs
• Drive cross-functional execution with eng, design, data, and security teams
