Responsibilities

• Provide real-time Tamil English telephonic interpretation for USCIS officers, applicants, and stakeholders.
• Deliver interpretation with accuracy, neutrality, and confidentiality in immigration and legal contexts.
• Adhere to USCIS/DHS interpreter ethics and compliance standards.
• Handle both scheduled assignments and urgent/surge requests.
• Participate in training, compliance refreshers, and quality assurance reviews.
