Raytheon Digital Technology (DT) seeks an experienced Workforce Strategy Lead to develop and execute talent strategies that build capabilities, strengthen workforce planning, and support growing digital initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Digital Operations and Governance, this role partners with HR, talent acquisition, and business leaders.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 10 years of experience
Experience building strategic workforce plans tied to digital technology
Experience designing or leading leadership development or employee engagement programs

Responsibilities

Build workforce planning models and analytics for critical skills in AI/ML, data, cloud
Establish a digital skills taxonomy with HR
Design and coordinate a structured intern experience and DLDP rotations
Lead a strategic roadmap for the DLDP to develop high-potential talent
Benchmark talent reviews and help ensure succession plans for critical roles
Partner with business leaders to align workforce planning with strategic priorities
Establish metrics to monitor workforce trends and talent pipeline health
