Job summary

BW Internal Hiring is seeking a Sourcing Officer to identify and attract candidates for current openings. You will drive sourcing efforts, build candidate pipelines, and guide candidates through the initial recruitment stages while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruitment Sourcing or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience sourcing across multiple industries and niche roles.
• Experience using ATS/CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Take part ownership of assigned roles by driving sourcing activities.
• Leverage internal database to engage candidates for openings.
• Build relationships with candidates and communicate the value proposition.
• Identify and engage passive candidates for current or future opportunities.
• Review resumes and conduct initial virtual screenings.
• Monitor market trends, salary data, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
