Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is hiring a Manager of Talent Sourcing & Operations to lead the sourcing strategy and run the systems, processes, and data that power Talent Acquisition. You will manage a team of Sourcers, optimize workflows, and deliver insights through dashboards and analytics.

You will partner with recruiting leaders and cross-functional teams to scale sourcing, improve efficiency, and drive hiring outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Sourcing, or related field.
• 3+ years leading recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition teams.
• Hands-on experience administering and optimizing an ATS and CRM, including workflows and reporting.
• Experience managing recruiting data, ensuring data integrity, and producing analytics.
• Experience developing recruiting processes, SOPs, and scalable workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and lead sourcing/recruiting teams.
• Experience partnering with HR, IT, Marketing, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Sourcers to build high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Design scalable sourcing strategies with clear performance metrics.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and training resources for recruiting excellence.
• Identify automation opportunities to boost recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
• Create dashboards and reports on sourcing performance and funnel metrics.
• Monitor CRM performance and market trends to optimize sourcing strategies.
• Partner with Marketing to build employer branding initiatives and talent communities.
