Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer for our mining and engineering division. This fully remote role focuses on identifying and engaging qualified candidates to fill technical and operational positions, building a strong pipeline, and supporting senior consultants.

You will source candidates through multiple channels, screen them, and maintain ATS records while coordinating interviews and researching market insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment/resourcing or similar talent acquisition roles.
• Proficient with online recruitment platforms and social media for candidate engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for candidate interaction.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for mining and engineering roles via job boards, social media, networks, and databases.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess suitability, interest and availability.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pool in mining and engineering sectors.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand hiring needs and provide qualified candidates.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and schedule interviews with clients.
