Job summary

Wright Technical Services seeks an experienced Talent Solutions Manager to launch and grow client relationships in a dedicated remote market across IT and engineering staffing. You’ll lead new-account development from first contact through signed agreements, partnering with senior consultants to drive recruiting results.

You’ll work from a home office, travel quarterly to Wright’s Cleveland headquarters, and build credibility by phone, email, video, and in-person meetings, aiming to exceed

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT or engineering staffing sales experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work independently from a fully remote home office.
• Four-year college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a focused pipeline of target accounts.
• Connect with decision-makers, uncover talent challenges, and earn opportunities to help.
• Create personalized outreach across phone, email, video, and in-person conversations.
• Lead discovery meetings by video and in-person when local or warranted.
• Negotiate and secure new client agreements.
• Lead new-account kickoffs aligning client, recruiting team and delivery.
