Wright is hiring an experienced business-development professional to launch and grow client relationships in a dedicated remote market. As a Talent Solutions Manager (TSM), you will introduce employers to Wright’s engineering and IT talent solutions, turn new conversations into lasting partnerships, and directly influence the company’s next stage of growth.
This is an opportunity to build—not inherit—a market. You will lead new-account development from first contact through signed agreement, then partner with Senior Talent Consultants and Market Directors to expand the relationships you create and deliver outstanding recruiting results.
You will work from a professional home office and become Wright’s trusted presence in your local business community. The strongest TSMs are self-directed connectors who build credibility by phone, email, video, and in person; stay visible at local industry events; and become a go-to talent resource for employers across their market.
Rather than chase every lead, you will concentrate on high-potential organizations that meet at least seven of Wright’s 10 standards and align with the Wright Account Rule of 10. This proven framework helps you invest your time where relationships and revenue can grow.
From day one, you will know what success looks like. Your initial goal is to secure one new account within your first three months. Beginning in month four, the target becomes one new account every 60 days—creating a steady rhythm of market growth.
Your qualified-buyer meeting goal grows with your momentum: one newly scheduled meeting per week in month one, two per week in month two, three per week in month three, and five per week beginning in month four. Most meetings will take place by video, with in-person conversations encouraged for local clients or when they can advance the opportunity.
You will also own quarterly gross-profit and placement targets, giving you a direct line of sight from daily activity to client impact, business growth, and earning potential.
This fully remote opportunity offers the independence to build a market your way—with the partnership of Wright’s leadership and delivery teams behind you. If you are energized by opening doors, developing trusted relationships, and creating measurable growth, this is a chance to make a market your own. You will maintain a professional home office and represent Wright with credibility in every client interaction, whether virtual or in person.
