Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from job postings to offers.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through sourcing channels.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and assess qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify the right candidates for each role.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide updates on recruiting progress.
• Help improve recruiting processes and reduce time to hire.
