Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of HR concepts and talent acquisition metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and market data recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and build strong candidate slates and pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates on progression.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and guidelines.
