Ideal candidates have strong English, excellent organizational skills, and experience recruiting for remote roles. This is a remote position with a 9am-6pm EST schedule.

This person will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and offers.

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.

• Review applications, screen candidates, and assess qualifications against job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify the right candidates for each role.
