Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Program Manager, Strategy & Operations to drive the Annual Operating Plan and OKRs, partnering with leaders to translate vision into actionable outcomes. You will bridge strategy and execution, ensuring cross-functional teams stay aligned with ambitious goals and senior leadership is informed.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership and the chance to sharpen the operational toolkit while advancing Aledade’s mission in empowering independent primary care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management or consulting.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive accountability by owning end-to-end performance management of AOP OKRs and ensure owners deliver on targets.
• Maintain operational tempo with proactive follow-ups and cross-functional alignment.
• Surface and mitigate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and elevate critical issues to leadership.
• Lead departmental annual planning and mid-year adjustments to keep goals ambitious yet realistic.
• Continue to build and codify the AOP Playbook for efficient planning cycles.
• Prepare high-quality QBR materials and data-driven progress narratives.
