Job summary

EarnIn is seeking a systems-thinking senior HR/People Operations leader to shape the infrastructure, programs, and culture of the People function. This remote role includes occasional travel to Mountain View, with New York Metro base salary expectations highlighted.

You'll own the operating model, cross-functional cadences, compensation cycles, performance reviews, and engagement programs, while driving transformation projects and AI-enabled improvements for scalable people operations.

Qualifications

• Experienced in HR/People functions with scalable infrastructure experience.
• Ability to own ambiguous, cross-functional work with senior stakeholders.
• Experience using data-driven insights to support business objectives.
• Change management skills to lead transformation initiatives.
• Passion for building healthy, inclusive organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Own operating model for the People team, including cadences, reporting, dashboards, and systems.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of compensation cycles and performance reviews.
• Drive transformation projects such as org design and process redesign.
• Coordinate cross-functional intake and project management across People sub-teams.
• Identify and implement AI tools and automation to modernize workflows.
• Serve as primary operational liaison between People, ELT, Finance, Legal and IT.
• Develop and maintain knowledge management and playbooks for scale.
