Job summary

Quantinuum seeks a highly analytical leader to serve as Manager of People Analytics & Workforce Reporting, overseeing workforce analytics, data governance, and executive insights. This onsite role in Broomfield, CO offers hybrid flexibility of up to 2 remote days per week with approvals.

You will partner across HR, Finance, and business units to deliver actionable intelligence, build scalable analytics, and improve data quality to drive growth and informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, people analytics, reporting, or related functions.
• Experience building executive-level dashboards and reporting.
• Experience working with HRIS and workforce reporting systems.
• Due to contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as a US citizen/permanent resident or green card holder.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce analytics, insights, and reporting for executives and the board.
• Own executive and board reporting and dashboards with clear narratives.
• Govern HR data standards, definitions, and governance practices.
• Design scalable HR reporting and automation across systems.
• Support workforce planning, forecasting, and scenario analyses.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other business functions to promote data-driven decisions.
