inspiring vet care is seeking a Talent Partner to lead headhunting and executive search for specialist veterinary roles across the UK, with remote work and occasional travel.

You will build sustainable pipelines, partner with senior clinical leaders, and use market intelligence to influence recruitment strategy and compensation positioning. The role covers the South West region and international events across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within specialist or talent-scarce markets.
• Proven track record in headhunting and/or executive search.
• Veterinary recruitment experience advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead headhunting and search strategies across first opinion disciplines to identify high-calibre talent.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with specialist clinicians and develop pipelines.
• Partner with senior clinical and hospital leaders, shaping recruitment strategy with market intelligence.
