Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a Talent Partner to recruit veterinary professionals across the UK in a fully remote role covering the North of England. You’ll blend headhunting, market mapping and workforce planning to build sustainable talent pipelines and influence hiring decisions for First Opinion clinics.

You’ll work with clinical and commercial leaders, develop insights on talent markets, engage passive candidates, manage end-to-end recruitment, and represent the company at industry events

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive search and headhunting strategies to identify and engage high-calibre talent across the UK and internationally.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with veterinary professionals, creating talent communities across priority disciplines.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide recruitment market insights and influence hiring strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, relocation and visa sponsorship where applicable.
• Represent Inspiring Vet Care at industry events, veterinary congresses and networking opportunities across the UK and Europe.
• Use recruitment data, talent intelligence and market trends to continuously improve hiring outcomes and strengthen direct sourcing capability.
