Responsibilities

• Run large-scale onboarding with speed and precision.
• Activate and manage distributed talent pools for AI/data operations.
• Build and maintain trusted enterprise client relationships.
• Anticipate and resolve blockers quickly.
• Drive customer success outcomes across deployments.
• Publish clear weekly performance and milestone reports.
• Host community syncs to keep operators engaged.
• Partner with product/engineering teams to align talent ops with evolving needs.
• Continuously refine onboarding, QA, and retention systems using data.
