Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Talent Operations Manager for a fully remote, full-time role. The position oversees onboarding at scale, distributed talent pools for AI training, and enterprise client relationships to ensure trust and success across deployments.

You will drive performance diagnostics, dashboard-based KPIs, and publish weekly milestone reports, while owning end-to-end processes and delivering exceptional results in a distributed work environment.
