Appsierra Group seeks a Member of Technical Staff to advance forward-deployed AI systems for U.S. Government missions. The hybrid Washington, DC role focuses on building production-ready agentic AI, large language models, and robust data pipelines across high-security environments.

You will own end-to-end systems from experimentation to deployment, collaborating with strategic partners and maintaining reliability and security while delivering mission-worthy AI capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Strong Python engineering skills and end-to-end ownership of systems.
• Experience building or maintaining data pipelines and ML infrastructure.
• Familiarity with LLMs and building agentic systems.
• Ability to work in high-security, high-reliability environments.

Aufgaben

• Build and deploy agentic AI systems for government missions.
• Design and integrate LLM applications including multi-agent systems, tool-using agents, and RAG workflows.
• Work with government partners to translate mission needs into technical solutions.
• Develop infrastructure for model inference, experimentation, evaluation and deployment.
• Own systems across the full lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
