Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a remote Talent Operations professional to scale headcount and streamline hiring processes. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to design AI-enabled projects, optimize workflows, and implement dashboards that reveal bottlenecks and opportunities.

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role with global collaboration. You will build scalable processes, drive data-driven decisions, and coach teams on best recruitment practices, leveraging Ashby and other modern

Qualifications

• Experience in talent functions or related roles.
• Strong project management and organizational skills for cross-team coordination.
• Aptitude for quickly onboarding and mastering talent software, with data and dashboards experience.
• Technical ability to code or vibe-code solutions.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Process-driven mindset with experience automating workflows.

Responsibilities

• Become expert in recruiting workflows and elevate interviews, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
• Design, implement and launch strategic Talent projects using AI, automations and modern tech.
• Identify and upgrade Talent tools, keeping our ecosystem current.
• Design best-in-class Talent processes and SOPs.
• Help implement our Data Strategy to ensure data-driven Talent decisions.
• Build and maintain insightful reports to surface bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Provide coaching to hiring managers on recruitment, interviewing, and talent assessment.
