Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an Internal AI Engineer to embed in a lean, high-velocity team and scale agentic AI workflows across GTM, Operations, and Finance. You will co-design and ship automations that reduce manual toil while driving rapid, AI-powered improvements across the business.

Your work spans end-to-end experiments, reusable automation services, and patterns that ensure reliability, auditability, and safety across our AI-driven workflows for a global organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and shipping automations or applications in production.
• Strong familiarity with LLMs, prompting strategies, RAG patterns.
• Backend design with Python and SQL, and APIs.
• Security, auditability, and blast-radius minded from the start.

Responsibilities

• Design AI agents and workflow orchestrations.
• Integrate AI systems with core business tools (Salesforce, Slack).
• Build reusable automation services and templates to multiply team output.
• Own end-to-end experiments from discovery to measurement.
• Develop monitoring and safety frameworks for AI-native workflows.
