Job summary

Educe is seeking a driven Implementation Consultant to embrace the dynamic field of talent management technology and deliver exceptional client service. This role focuses on LMS and LXP implementations and related system experience, with opportunities to develop expertise in business process design and client consulting.

You will analyze requirements, map processes, train users, and configure Cornerstone OnDemand and related HR software for cloud-based deployments, collaborating with client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; travel to multiple client locations.
• Experience in design, development, and implementation of Talent Management Systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication; comfortable presenting to senior executives.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and map current processes to create to-be processes.
• Analyze and document design specifications for the application.
• Implement application design with client and Educe technical team.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and act as liaison during product issues.
• Support end-user training on product knowledge and business processes.
• Help develop and improve Educe internal infrastructure and support organizational objectives.
