Job summary

The Educe Group is seeking driven Implementation Consultants to join our Bethesda/remote team. You will specialize in talent management technology, focusing on LMS and LXP implementations and optimization of client solutions.

You will collaborate with client teams, translate requirements into configurations, and ensure successful cloud-based deployments. Qualified candidates bring experience with Talent Management Systems, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Experience designing, developing, and implementing Talent Management Systems.
Ability to resolve complex system or business issues with creative solutions.
Excellent written and oral communication; comfortable with presenting to senior executives.
Ability to build relationships with client executives and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements and map current processes to create to-be processes based on best practices.
Analyze and document design specifications for the application.
Implement application design with client and Educe technical team.
Assist in user acceptance testing and liaise between client and implementation team.
Support end-user training and share product knowledge and process insights.
Contribute to improving Educe internal infrastructure and organizational objectives.
