Job summary

The Educe Group is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to oversee the implementation and system testing of its Cornerstone OnDemand products. This role includes working closely with clients to gather requirements for data migration, assist in system configuration, and provide post-implementation support. Ideal candidates will possess a background in web services and data management while being able to communicate complex technical terms effectively.

The position offers flexibility as it can be 100% remote or based out of Bethesda, MD. The role includes a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 and comprehensive benefits like employer-paid medical plans, paid time off, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in technical areas.
• Experience with enterprise software applications.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define technical requirements.
• Analyze technical design specifications.
• Lead data migration efforts including validation.
