Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or similar discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, workforce planning, or leadership development.
• Proficiency in managing remote teams using Slack, Zoom, and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-informed approach to virtual talent solutions.
• Clear and empathetic communication skills suited to remote environments.
• Organizational agility in managing multiple priorities across departments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver remote workforce strategies that support business goals and professional development in a distributed work environment.
• Coach leaders and managers on optimizing team performance, succession planning, and virtual collaboration.
