Job summary

Collette is seeking a Client Care Agent to support our sales team and product line within the Retail division. This remote, full-time role requires handling inbound and outbound calls, ensuring accurate bookings, and maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers, travel agents, and group leaders.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Word, and a readiness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced travel environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in call center or travel industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Professional customer handling and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with team members.
• Willingness to learn and apply AI and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and route to the correct team.
• Educate customers on product offerings and benefits of Collette.
• Build and confirm tour packages in the internal reservation system.
• Explain offers and upgrades across tour components.
• Review and complete Retail booking notations with required actions.
• Meet or exceed performance goals and standards.
